Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that title deed of certain properties belonging to him has been forged by the private respondents and the same were used as genuine for grabbing the property. To that effect information was furnished and a police case being Sagardighi Police Station case no. 745/2025 dated 01.09.2025 has been registered for investigation.

Petitioner complains that without any seizure list the title deed of the property belonging to him has been seized. State has submitted a report.

Report acknowledges seizure of photocopy of the deeds which were produced by the complainant. Report also reflects regarding the steps taken.

On the other hand learned advocate for the respondent nos. 6 to 10 denies and disputes the

contention and submits that unnecessary criminal cases are repeatedly being foisted upon the respondents. There are several criminal cases including Title Suit no.74/2015 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Additional Court, Jangipur, Murshidabad.

Having regard to the subject matter of the complaint, I direct that the police authorities have already registered a case, if they find there is violation of breach of the peace and/or tranquility they would ensure that the same is monitored by adhering to the provisions of law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 22408 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
