The State of West Bengal The revisional application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. is listed today for hearing as last chance.

On the last occasion, an order was passed on 20.6.2022 where accommodation for one week was granted to the petitioner for taking necessary instructions from the client. On repeated call, none appears today. The prayer for quashing of the proceeding arising out of Raiganj Police Station Case No. 138 of 2000 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 264 of 2000 under Section 13/14 of the Foreigners Act, 1946 is dismissed for default.

There is no interim order passed in this case beyond 2015. Let a copy of this order be communicated to learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raiganj for information and proceed with the case, if the same has not been disposed of yet.
