And In Re : Rohim Sk @ Rahim Sekh ...... petitioner Mr. Priyankar Ganguly ....for the petitioner Ms. Anasuya Sinha Ms. Subhashree Patel ....for the State Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner in respect of a police case of February 2, 2021 and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4746 of 2022 is dismissed.
