Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that petitioner participated in the 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 (Classes - IX, X, XI and XII) and grievance is ventilated on behalf of the petitioner relating to the said selection process.

However, it has been submitted on behalf of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission that the panel prepared in connection with the 1st SLST, 2016 (Class - IX, X, XI and XII) has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of the pendency of the issue before the Hon'ble Supreme Court no order need be passed at this stage.

Hence, Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to take appropriate steps in future if situation so arises.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
