1. On the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner is granted liberty to amend the cause title, thereby impleading the present incumbent in the post of the alleged contemnor as a party to the contempt application.

2. A prima facie case of contempt has been made out inasmuch as the alleged contemnor has not yet disposed of the petitioner's application under Section of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (2002 Act) in terms of the order dated October 9, 2023.

3. Accordingly, the petitioner shall serve the amended contempt application on the newly added alleged contemnor indicating that the contempt application shall next be listed in the

monthly list of April, 2024, when the petitioner shall file an affidavit-of-service to that effect. (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.)
