1. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of plaintiffs praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court at Barasat, North 24-Parganas to dispose of Title Suit No. 869 of 2019 expeditiously.

2. Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that revised plaint has already been filed and the ad-interim order of injunction is being extended from time to time. He further submits that the learned trial Judge is not taking up hearing of the application for temporary injunction.

3. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate for the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing them before the learned trial Court.

4. From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that 22nd September, 2025 is the next date fixed in the said case.

5. Considering the fact that the injunction application is pending from the year 2019 and the same is otherwise ready for hearing, as it has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners that the written objection thereto has already been filed, C.O. 3466 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court at Barasat, North 24Parganas to take up hearing of injunction application on the next date fixed, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing and make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

6. This time limit has been fixed taking note of the fact that injunction application is pending from the year 2019.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
