The present writ petition of the year 2010 has been preferred by the petitioner praying for necessary directions upon the respondents to extend the benefits of Family Pension to the writ petitioner and also arrear pension. There is no representation on behalf of either side since the date of listing.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default. WPA 18673 of 2010 is accordingly disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
