Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. Petitioner and the private respondents are at an inimical relationship over a dispute relating to a land. Petitioner claims that the trees which were planted by the petitioner have been dismantled at the behest of the private respondents. To that effect, information has been furnished with the police authorities.

Police authorities have recorded number of G.D. entries. The report submitted by the police authorities further reflects that the petitioner never approached the police station with respect to the incident which he has complained of took place on 17.08.2025.

In case, petitioner approaches the police authorities, police authorities would assess and ascertain regarding the genuinity of the allegations

and exercise their discretion in respect of the steps to be taken by adherence to the provisions of law. Police authorities would also oversee that peace and tranquility is maintained by both the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 22456 of 2025 is disposed of. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
