The writ petitioner is aggrieved that his application for holding Durga Puja has not been received by the S.D.O., Egra Sub-Division.

Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has not applied with all necessary permissions, namely, fire service clearance, municipal and electricity clearance etc.

In the above circumstances, the petitioner may apply before the Sub Divisional Officer, Egra Sub Division with the aforesaid documents in course of the day.

The Sub divisional Officer, Egra Sub Division shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's application immediately upon receipt thereof.

With the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
