Party/parties is/are represented in the order of their name/names as printed above in the cause title. By an Order dated June 8, 2023 a Rule was issued on the alleged contemnors 1 to 6 namely in CPAN 1010 of 2022.

The Rule was made returnable today.

Mr. Kumar, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf the contemnors submits that the Order dated September 2, 2022 passed by this Bench in MAT 1006 of 2022 has been complied with. Affidavit of compliance is handed over in Court today. The same is retained with the record.

It is also submitted by Mr. Kumar that the alleged contemnor nos. 5 and 6 are personally present in Court. Mr. Ghosh, Learned Counsel, appears on behalf of the applicants. He submits that the Order dated September 2, 2022 has been complied with.

Considering the submissions of the parties and the materials placed on record, this Court is of the view that the Order dated September 2, 2022 has been complied with.

In such view of the matter, the personal appearances of alleged contemnor nos. 5 and 6 are dispensed with.

The Rule that was issued by the Order dated June 8, 2023 stands discharged.

Accordingly, CRC 9 of 2023 is disposed of.

All parties to act in terms of a copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of necessary formalities.
