This matter is listed for correction of typographical mistake which has been crept up in the order dated 11.12.2023.

It is noticed that inadvertently name of the opposite parties has been written 'Kuddus Mondal & Ors.' in place of 'Kuddus Mondal (since deceased) represented by Kanchan Bewa & Ors.'.

This mistake is apparent.

Let the correction be made accordingly.
