The writ petitioner filed a supplementary affidavit annexing documents and indicating that her stridhan articles have not yet been returned, despite this Court's order dated 27.02.2023.

The petitioner may take steps in this regard in the court below.

Supplementary affidavit has been served on the counsel for the husband. The report of the Police, however, indicates that stridhan articles have been returned.

This Court cannot enter into the issue any further since the disputed questions of fact are involved.

The writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the parties to avail other remedies in accordance with law.

There will be no order as to costs.
