West Bengal Board of Secondary Education and State respondents are represented by learned advocates but concerned school authority is not represented.

On the prayer of learned advocate representing the petitioner, leave is granted to amend the cause-title of the writ petition by describing name of the school appropriately

against respondent nos. 6 and 7 in course of this day.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to serve notice enclosing a copy of this order upon respondent nos. 6 and 7 being authorities of Shibarampur Nanilal Vidyapith (HS), Kolkata and learned advocate representing the said school authority by seven days from date and file affidavit of service on the adjourned date.

Hearing of this matter stands adjourned till 21st April, 2025.
