Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. Petitioners apprehend that the private respondent with the aid of the police authorities would take possession of the property of the petitioners.

State has submitted that in order to restore peace and tranquility, police authorities had been to the property of the petitioners.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners has admitted that two partition suits are pending; one at the behest of the petitioners and the other at the behest of the private respondent. Presently civil court is in seisin of the issue. Police authorities without any order from the civil court, will not act in a specified manner. However, the police authorities would ensure as usual to restore peace and tranquility and also oversee that

the situation is not blown out of proportion thereby violating any law and order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 22507 of 2025 is disposed of. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
