It is submitted by Mr. Ghosh, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner/applicant in the contempt application being CPAN 1011 of 2022 that the order dated September 2, 2022 passed by this Court has been complied with by the Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL).
