It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. He prays for bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of victim implicates the petitioner in kidnapping the victim girl and demand of ransom.

In view of the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
