1. Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner is retained with the records.

2. The petitioner alleges that electricity connection is not being given to him despite depositing the amount mentioned in the quotation raised by WBSEDCL.

3. Learned advocate representing the Distribution Company Limited submits, upon instruction that, the petitioner is yet to comply the necessary formalities for obtaining the connection.

4. The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Station Manager to intimate the petitioner the formalities which he is required to comply.

5. On compliance of all formalities, the authority shall take steps to provide connection to the petitioner at the earliest.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
