Reports submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. Petitioner complains that an employee has been siphoning of the funds. To that effect, information was furnished with the police authorities.

Two reports have been submitted on behalf of the State; one by Inspector-in-Charge, Cyber Crime Police Station, Diamond Harbour Police District and another by Officer-in-Charge, Bhowanipur Police Station.

Be that as it may, reports reflect that Thakurpukur P.S. Case No. 313 dated 20.09.2025 has been registered for investigation under the relevant provisions of law.

Having considered that the police authorities have already registered a case, police authorities would effectively conduct search and seizure and take the investigation of the case so registered to its

logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 22514 of 2025 is disposed of. Copy of the reports be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
