1. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has sought for modification of the bail conditions imposed by virtue of an order dated 12.09.2024.

2. The learned Counsel for the State has submitted that there is no adverse report against the present petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for modification is allowed subject to the condition that the petitioner shall report to the Officer-in-Charge of the Katwa Police Station once in a month until further.

4. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unchanged. 5.

CRAN 1 of 2025 is, accordingly, disposed of.
