On perusal of report it appears that though on re-evaluation of OMR sheet TET weightage of the petitioner was reduced from 26.4 to 24.8 but while preparing the merit list West Bengal Central School Service Commission has considered TET weightage of the petitioner not 24.8 rather 26.4 as a result whereof petitioner is benefited. If reduced TET weightage would have been considered then petitioner's position in the merit list would have been lower than the present position of the petitioner.

It is also averred in the report that such arrangement had to be made in terms of the judgment dated 28th August, 2024 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench. Since original TET weightage of the petitioner,

that is, 26.4 has been taken into consideration while preparing the merit list, the grievance of the petitioner appears to have been redressed.

Hence, writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
