The report dated November 6, 2022 states that there are call details recording between the petitioner and the person arrested with intermediate quantity of narcotics. Apparently, the materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioner is involved in cross-boarder smuggling of narcotics. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 4754 of 2022 is dismissed.
