This matter has been brought to the list today at the instance of the learned advocate for the petitioners for correction of a typographical error in the order dated January 07, 2019 whereby the revisional application was disposed of.

In the fifth line of the 2nd paragraph at page no. 2 of the order, the number of the title suit has been wrongly recorded as Title Suit No. 42 of 2013, which should be read as Title Suit No. 23 of 2013.

The order dated January 07, 2019 is modified to the extent indicated above. Other portions of the said order shall remain unaltered. Department is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the said order as well as in the certified copy of the order, if already supplied to the parties, on production of the same.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated January 07, 2019.
