The matter is considered in presence of the learned Public Prosecutor.

The present revisional application has been preferred against an order of the Magistrate rejecting an application under section 156(3) Cr.P.C as being not maintainable.

Accordingly, the prayer for withdrawal of the case is permitted.

The criminal revision is disposed of as withdrawn for non-prosecution.

All connected applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned trial court for information and compliance.
