A direction to secure expeditious disposal of Act /RK Ct VIII Case No. 97 of 2020 pending before the learned Additional District Judge-in-charge, 8th Court, Alipore, is the ultimate relief sought for in this case. No other point is raised requiring address by this Court.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be made in the case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary.

Service upon the opposite party is thus dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Additional District Judgein-charge, 8th Court, Alipore, in Act VIII Case No. 97 of 2020 is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of referred case, after causing disposal of interlocutory application under Section 12 of the Guardians and Wards Act, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable.

As it is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that regular Presiding Officer of the Court below is not available at the moment, and as such, nothing would, however, prevent the petitioner to claim for his appropriate relief including visitation right, if there be any, in accordance with law before the Court remaining in-charge of Ld. Additional District Judge, 8th Court, Alipore.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the learned advocate appearing in the court below for the opposite party and the opposite party.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
