Parents of a lady are before Court in this habeas corpus writ petition.

Records demonstrate that, the daughter of the petitioners is an adult. She was examined by a Court in respect of a proceedings and was found to be an adult.

Daughter of the petitioners is residing with her aunt in terms of an order of the Court.

Since the daughter of the petitioners is an adult and since it is not established that such person is in illegal confinement, we are not minded to exercise our jurisdiction in a writ of habeas corpus.

WPA (H) 83 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
