Monica Ghosh r The appellant is not represented either physically or on virtual mode, nor any accommodation is prayed for.

The matter appeared initially on 20th January, 2021 and thereafter on 25th January, 2021. On both the occasions the appellant was not represented. We made it clear on 25th January, 2021 that in the event the appellant is not represented on the adjourned date, it shall be presumed that the appellant is not interested to proceed with the matter. In fact on 25th January, 2021 in spite of our recording earlier order that the matter would not be adjourned on the returnable date. In order to give last opportunity to appellant, the matter was adjourned till 8th March, 2021 with the rider that in the event the appellant is not represented on the adjourned date, it shall be

presumed that the appellant is not interested to proceed with the matter.

In view of the non representation of the appellant in spite of giving opportunity to the appellant the appeal stands dismissed for default.

However, there will be no order as to costs.
