Learned advocate for the petitioner as well as the private respondent submits that pursuant to the direction passed, an Advocate and Mediator of High Court, Calcutta was engaged for resolving the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent. It has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and the private respondent that in CRM (A) 4364 of 2024 a final mediation report was submitted by the said Mediator by way of which a memorandum of understanding was entered and there has been settlement in respect of 14 cases (being civil and criminal cases). Since there has been a settlement in the 14 cases as stated above and the present writ petition is

a cause of grievance of one of the said case, I am of the view that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 22825 of is dismissed as not pressed.

The final mediation report be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
