1. This matter was directed to appear under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for correction of the typographical error which has crept in the order dated 11th October 2023. In the fourth paragraph of the said order it was inadvertently recorded as learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Barasat instead of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barasat. Let such error be rectified.

2. This order shall form part of the order dated 11th October, 2023.
