Certified copy of the order dated 22nd January, 2020 passed in Matrimonial Suit No. 122 of 2018 was dissolved in marriage between the parties by a decree of divorce on mutual consent under Section 28 of the Special Marriage Act, 1954.

The said certified copy be kept on record.

An affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner stating the fact of divorce as obtained between the parties as well as unwillingness to proceed with the instant revisional application.

The said supplementary affidavit be kept on record.
