Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition certain developments took place in the matter which were inadvertently not pointed out to the Court at the time of consideration of the writ petition.

The petitioner relies upon documents which are not annexed to the writ petition.

As the writ petition stood disposed of on the basis of the documents annexed to the writ petition, any document arising subsequent to the filing of the writ petition is required to be filed by way of supplementary affidavit.

In view of the above, the order dated February 4, 2026 stands recalled.

Leave is granted to the learned advocate on record of the petitioner to prepare and circulate the supplementary affidavit annexing the documents which arose subsequent to the filing of the writ petition by February 23, 2026.

Re-list the matter on March 2, 2026.

Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
