1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved that the private respondents have illegally constructed a structure in front of his land that obstructs free ingress and egress.

3. The petitioner made a complaint to the Panchayat concerned.

4. This Court is of the view that the petitioner may take out appropriate civil or statutory proceedings to seek remedy against the illegal structure. Nakashipara Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

5. Nakashipara Police Station has filed a report dated 20th November, 2022, which is taken on record.

6. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
