The college submits that the appointment letter will be issued in favour of the petitioner after a resolution to that effect is adopted by the Governing Body of the college.

This writ petition need not be kept pending in view of the stand taken by the college.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the college to complete all formalities and issue the appointment letter in favour of the petitioner within one-month from the date of communication of this order.

WPA 22071 of 2023 is disposed of.
