Perused the entire materials as placed before this Court including the materials as available in the case diary. 3.

On perusal of the entire materials in the case diary, this Court finds incriminating materials as against the present accused petitioner at least prima facie. It is reported that trial has not yet commenced.

Considering the serious nature of the crime, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer for bail. 5.

The prayer for bail stands rejected.
