Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that although a criminal case has been registered being Dholahat P.S. Case No. 520 of 2025 dated 09.08.2025, but there has been interference with the property. To that effect, respondent along with some officials are creating interference. Petitioner has complained to the Superintendent of Police of the concerned district.

In view of the agony and anxiety expressed by the petitioner and the police report reflecting that there are issues relating to demarcation, I direct the Superintendent of Police of the concerned district to oversee that so far as the right, title, interest and possession of the property is concerned, there is no interference by the police authorities without a specific order from a civil court.

However, the police authorities would oversee regarding the factum of maintenance of peace and tranquility which should not be blown out of proportion as there is inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 22492 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
