The petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer to dispose of the application praying for correction of the record of rights in favour of the petitioner.

After some argument the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, WPA 22558 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law on the self same cause of action. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
