Today learned advocate representing the West Bengal Central School Service Commission submits that in terms of the memo dated 2nd December, 2024 issued by the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission, Chairman West Bengal Regional School Service Commission, South-Eastern Region, Barasat vide memo dated 17th December, 2024 has recommended the petitioner to the President, West Bengal Board of Secondary Education for her appointment on compassionate ground.

In support of such submission copy of the recommendation memo dated 17th December, 2024 is placed before this Court and the same is taken on record.

Since petitioner has been recommended by the concerned Regional School Service Commission it appears that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. No further order needs to be passed on the

writ petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
