1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary, more particularly the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C, the medical report and also having regard to the fact that there is a clear statutory bar under Section 438(4)Cr.P.C in relation to any offence, inter alia, committed under Section 376AB this application for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
