Petitioner is aggrieved regarding the inaction of the police authorities.

I have considered the representation which is the dispute between the legal advisor and his client. There are other accusations also but prima facie I find that police authorities have hardly any scope to interfere in such dispute.

Considering the same, I am of the opinion that petitioner, if he is faced with inconveniences, he would approach the jurisdictional Court with necessary prayers. The jurisdictional court would assess and ascertain regarding the accusations and

pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper.

Learned advocate for the State submits that information was received by the police authorities but since the nature of the accusations did not invite the police authorities to take any actions, police authorities have restrained themselves to that extent.

Learned advocate for the private respondent is aggrieved by the act and action of the petitioner. Be that as it may, since directions have been passed upon the petitioner for the nature of the steps to be taken, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 22708 of is disposed of.
