1. Four applications for cancellation of bail are taken up for analogous hearing as they relate to the same police case and is at the behest of the same applicant.

2. Private opposite parties from time to time were in the four applications for cancellation of bail granted interim bail and subsequently confirmed, by the jurisdictional Court, from time to time.

3. Learned advocate appearing for the applicant submits that, learned jurisdictional Court did not take into consideration the gravity of the offence, the involvement of the opposite parties in the incident and did not consider the materials in the case diary. He submits that, all the private opposite parties are involved in forgery and in initiating the unfounded criminal cases as against the applicant in order to prevent the applicant from lodging the criminal case against the opposite parties. He submits that the initially criminal case resulted in the police filing a closure report subsequent to the criminal case so instituted.

4. We considered the materials produced on record. Learned jurisdictional Court proceeded on the basis of the nature of allegations against the private opposite parties.

5. It appears that the allegations relate to forgery of documents.

Essentially, title disputes of immovable properties are involved. The police case is of sufficient vintage without the possibility of the trial ending any time in the near future not existing at present.

6. Consequently, we are not minded to interfere with the orders of the learned jurisdictional Court impugned in the four separate applications.

7. CRM (DB) 1859 of 2023, CRM (DB) 1861 of 2023, CRM (DB) 3574 of 2023 and CRM (DB) 1863 of 2023 are, accordingly, dismissed.
