It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that during the pendency of the writ petition the representation submitted by the petitioners has been answered to by the Assistant Engineer, PWD, Haldia Construction SubDivision No. 1 who by a letter issued on 22nd November, 2022 to the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Khejuri Block-II, Khejuri, Purba Medinipur requested demarcation of the plot in question.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
