1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of New Market Police Station in respect of a complaint dated 22nd June, 2022.

3. This Court is of the view that the petitioner may take steps under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure in this regard. This Court is also of the view that the dispute with the private respondent for recovery of money may also be agitated before an appropriate civil forum in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
