The revised report shows that all the defects have been removed.

The appeal appeared in the warning list on 29th November, 2022 with a clear indication that the same shall be transferred to the regular list on 5th December, 2022, since then the matter is appearing in the list. Therefore, the appellants have due notice.

The matter appeared on 23rd December, 2022 when none had appeared on behalf of the appellants, however, the matter was adjourned in order to enable the department to file a revised report upon receiving rectified decrees.

Today the matter is appearing in the list for admission when none appears on behalf of the appellants, although the appellants are aware of the pendency of this matter.

In view of the above, we feel that the appellants are not interested to proceed with these appeals.

The appeals are accordingly dismissed for default.

In view of dismissal of the appeals all connected applications are also dismissed.
