Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody for one year eleven months and till date charges have not been framed and it has been further submitted that it is only for alleged recovery of 51 FICN, the petitioners have been detained in custody. Learned advocate for the State on the other hand submits that two of the accused persons are only in custody and three of the accused persons are absconding and have been declared to be proclaimed offender pursuant to which case has been committed to the Court of Sessions. Having considered the stage of the case, I am of the view that at this stage it would not be fit and proper to release the petitioners on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners being CRM (M) 1727 of 2025 is dismissed.

Petitioners would renew their prayer for bail after the stage of consideration of charges is over before the learned trial Court.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
