The matter is listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" on the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

When the matter is called, the learned counsel appearing for the parties have handed over the memorandum of understanding between the parties dated January 24, 2026 and submits that the parties have settled their dispute outside the Court and entered into the memorandum of understanding on January 24, 2026 and thus after entering into the memorandum of understanding nothing remains in the present writ

application and prayed for withdrawal of the present writ application.

3. The respondent nos. 1 to 3 and 4 have filed their affidavits-in-opposition, let the same be kept with the record.

4. As the parties have settled their dispute by entering into the memorandum of understanding dated January 24, 2026 and the petitioners are not intending to proceed with the present application, accordingly WPA 22210 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. The memorandum of understanding dated January 24, 2026 be kept with the record.
