Mr.

Banerjee for SEBI submits necessary instructions are awaited from Prayag Group of Companies with regard to the structures on the land. List of registered instruments in respect of land purchased by the companies have also not been supplied.

Mr. Basu, Learned Senior Advocate for the company contends that his client is not permitted to go inside the property and does not have the necessary documents. His clients have already furnished all documents in their possession.

Mr. Jayanta Mitra, Learned Senior Advocate submits State would render all assistance to SEBI to get access to registered deeds with regard to the properties purchased by 'Prayag Group of Companies' in the land in question.

We direct the State authorities to give inspections/copies of the relevant registered deeds to SEBI. SEBI shall make inventory of the moveable assets on as is where is basis and make a valuation of the said assets as per available records.

SEBI shall file report on the next date of hearing. 8.

Let the matters appear on 13th February, 2025.
