Mr. Baid, learned advocate for the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), the respondent no.1 herein, in compliance with the direction passed by this Court on October 04, 2023 files the affidavit to deny the allegation made by the school authorities against the Board in their affidavit-inopposition to the writ petition, let it be kept with the record. This Court is informed that the necessary steps since have already been taken by the Board, the wards of the petitioners would not face any difficulty in taking up the Board Examination, 2024. In view of such development, no further order(s) need be passed in the present writ petition.

WPA 22094 of 2023 and the connected application being CAN 1 of 2023 are disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.

In view of the disposal of the matter, Mr. Billawadal Bhattacharyya, learned Special Officer appointed by the Court is also hereby discharged.
