1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Accordingly, he renews his prayer for bail.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail and submits child of the victim lady has identified the petitioner as one of the persons who was present at the time of murder.

3. We have considered the materials on record. PW 12 is the child witness. He stated his father and others including the petitioner were present. They had murdered his mother. In view of the aforesaid evidence on record and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
