The petitioner has filed the present application being CAN 1 of 2025 praying for recalling of the order dated 24.10.2025 wherein WPA 22841 of 2024 is dismissed for default.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all of a sudden the matter was listed before this Court on 24.10.2025 but the learned advocate for the petitioner could not note the list and as such he failed to appear before this Court. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. This Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for none appearance before this Court.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 24.10.2025 is recalled.

6. WPA 22841 of 2024 is restored to its original file.

7. CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

8. Let WPA 22841 of 2024 be placed under the heading "Adjourned Motion" on December 3, 2025.
