1. The file is taken up for correction.

2. It is noticed that the contempt application being contempt application being CPAN 857 of 2024 was released from this bench by order dated 24th October, 2025.

3. Hence, the first paragraph of the order dated 7th November, 2025 shall stand deleted from the order dated 7th November, 2025.

4. The said order dated 7th November, 2025 shall be deemed to have been passed in the writ petition being WPA 20386 of 2019.

5. Let the cause title of the order dated 7th November, 2025 stands corrected deleting CPAN 857 of 2024.

6. Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 7th November, 2025.

7. The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

8. The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.
