Having considered that the interim bail was granted on 16.10.2025 and no adverse reports have been placed before this Court, I direct that the interim bail so granted on

16.10.2025 be confirmed on the same terms and conditions as imposed by the Co-ordinate Bench in its order dated 16.10.2025.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 1725 of 2025 is allowed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
